These terms govern your use of the Instinct Automation website, including the contact form and the Rein AI assistant. They don't constitute an offer of services on their own. Any project we deliver is governed by a separate, signed proposal or agreement specific to that engagement, which takes precedence over anything stated here.

The content, design, and code of this website belong to Instinct Automation unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, republished, or reused without our permission. Intellectual property in work delivered under a client engagement is addressed in that engagement's own agreement, which typically assigns ownership of the delivered system to the client once it's paid for in full.

Where we're engaged to build a system for you, you're responsible for providing accurate information about your business processes, timely access to the accounts and tools we need to integrate with, and prompt feedback during review stages. Delays in any of these can affect delivery timelines.

You agree not to use this website, the contact form, or Rein to submit unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content; to attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems; or to use automated tools to scrape or overload the site. We may restrict access for anyone who misuses these channels.

Rein is designed to help you describe your project and reach us faster. Its responses are generated by an AI model and are provided for general guidance only — they are not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice, and they may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Don't rely on Rein's output for decisions without independent verification, and don't share sensitive personal or financial information in that chat.

The site relies on third-party infrastructure — including hosting, database, and AI model providers — to operate. We choose these providers carefully, but we don't control their availability or performance, and we're not responsible for outages or issues originating on their side.

We aim to keep this website available and functioning correctly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or change the site, including Rein's availability, at any time without notice.

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Instinct Automation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including reliance on content generated by Rein. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Instinct Automation's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under a specific client engagement is governed by the law specified in that engagement's own agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site or how we operate. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do.
